So what is a Clear Day and why would you want to attend? 

Network Chiropractic has long been used as both a tool for healing (chiropractic) and a tool to support personal growth and healing. 

A Clear Day includes 3 Network adjustments/entrainments and 4 sessions of Somato-Respiratory Integration (12 stages of healing somatic exercises to increase body awareness and connection). 

It can be used to deepen your connection to your body, accelerate your progress, make new connections in a space that is set up for transformation. It's an opportunity to become more aware of how you connect to yourself, how you access your inner innate resourcefulness and release patterns that no longer serve you. 

It's called a Clear Day in part because it's about "clearing" that which no longer serves.
