I decided that a great way to start 2023 would be a Clear Day. An opportunity to release that which no longer serves and to build new embodied strategies that help you to adapt, expand and thrive.

All payments need to be done before the event itself, on the day I want to focus on service and being the best I can be for you.

I've had so much interest in this one, I've decided to expand it and my husband Olaf, who many of you know is going to work alongside me on this one. We've got the big meeting room booked at the end of the corridor in our building that belongs to Three Circles Charity, so we can take more people. This will add to the day, as many of you know and will be a different energy with the female/male combination we bring as a couple. You will have the option of either of us for your adjustments which will add to your experience.

What is a Clear Day and why would you want to attend? 

Network Chiropractic has long been used as both a tool for healing (chiropractic) and a tool to support personal growth and healing. 

A Clear Day includes 3 Network adjustments/entrainments and 4 sessions of Somato-Respiratory Integration (12 stages of healing somatic exercises to increase body awareness and connection). 

It can be used to deepen your connection to your body, accelerate your progress and develop new strategies, all in a space that is set up for transformation. It's an opportunity to become more aware of how you connect to yourself, how you access your inner innate resourcefulness and release patterns that no longer serve you. 

It's called a Clear Day in part because it's about "clearing" that which no longer serves. But it's more than that. As people deepen their connection to their body and release the patterns that no longer serve, it makes space for new behaviours and emotions to develop, ones that support who and help you express your authentic self. The Clear Day helps to amplify this and often to accelerate the process.
