This is a question that get’s asked on a regular basis - how can I help myself?
Aside from all the more obvious things such as eat well, think well and move well, SRI is an approach that I’ve taught since 2007. It comprises 12 exercises that all correspond to different levels of consciousness, and they can be used in two main ways - to support healing and deal with stress, or as a tool for personal growth (including healing and stress management and so much more)

How to Feel Better - Short Course
If your goals from care are mainly to do with physical pain and/or stress then you will get the most from learning Stages 1, 2 and 3. The “How to Feel Better” program is probably the best option for you, and the three stages you’ll learn will give you ways of accessing our body wisdom that we tend to use when our main goal is to get rid of symptoms.

If you’re on journey of personal growth and evolution, bodywork is something that is often not fully embraced until you’ve done a lot of work on yourself and realize that there is something missing. Many individuals are often very conscious when they come to this point, but realize that their body is not supporting their mind and soul.
The 12 Stages of Healing and Living, represent the 12 stages of human consciousness that we have the opportunity to move through in this lifetime, and these programs are designed to help you connect as deeply as you wish to these, integrating body, mind and soul.
