How to Feel Better Online Home Study

Learn the first three Stages of Healing in this home study course. You can do this standalone, or it can be combined with in-person sessions in the office or with online 121 sessions. These last 25 minutes and cost £60.

The course is made up of three modules - Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3.

Stage 1

You will learn the following:

  • How to connect to and activate your parasympathetic nervous system

  • How to find resources in your body, even when you feel like nothing works and you are helpless

  • Where you have hidden untapped resources

  • Where to direct your focus so that you feel more connected and energized

  • Your magic recipe for connection

  • How to find Ease in your Body

  • How to connect to Peace

  • Your stored Power sources

  • How to use affirmations to increase your resourcefulness and release bound energy

  • How to use sound to deepen connection to self

Most people are surprised by how many options they have, and how much better they feel after even a few minutes, once they have learnt how to do this simple exercises.


Stage 2

You will learn the following:

  • How others trigger you and strategies to deal with it

  • The feelings you suppress and how to re-engage with them in a constructive way

  • How suppressing emotions has negatively affected you and what to do about it

  • How to create emotional flow and ease

  • Strategies for increasing your energy levels and ease

  • How to deal with emotional overwhelm

  • What to do if you “feel too much” / “don’t feel much at all”

  • How improving your emotional state can improve your physical wellbeing


Stage 3

You will learn:

  • What to do when you feel stuck and frustrated and despite your best efforts are not making the progress you think you should be making

  • When this exercise can help and when to do something else

  • How your mind can hold you stuck in physical patterns in the body

  • Where and how to look for the anchors to limiting patterns in the body, and what to do about them
