New Body New World New Normal

We are living in unprecedented times.

In living memory we have no reference point for what is happening to us, to our world, to humanity

So how do you want to be as we emerge into a new world? What do you want for yourself? What do you want for the planet? What do you want the "new normal" to be like. 

What happens within happens without. Your internal state is like a radio and can transmit into the field around you affecting everyone you come into contact and beyond. 

If you stay tuned to mainstream media, you're probably going to be attuned to fear and limitation, a world where people are scared that they are going to carry disease and infect the vulnerable, or just scared that they are going to die. Is that acceptable? 

So many would agree that things needed to change. The race towards consumerism and me me me culture has accelerated and as a species we are doing a huge amount of damage to our environment and beautiful planet. 

So I see this as a time to ask big questions, not worry about the answers, but keep asking questions that will help shape a better world, a world where humanity can co-exist with our planet and other species.

So starting with the workshop next Saturday, we get to start with you. How do you want to be in the "new normal"? What changes need to happen in your bodymind so that you can adapt and flourish as we move forwards? What needs dto stay and what needs to change.

So where do you start? 

It's time to take stock

What resources do you have? 

·       How are you handling life currently? 

·       How adaptable do you feel? 

·       How are you responding to others?

o   Do you feel connected to them or do you feel isolated?

o   How do you respond if they come “too” close?

o   What emotions come up for you?

o   Do you wear a mask or not? How do you respond to others if they wear a mask / insist you wear one?

o   How do you respond if people are scared, angry, fearful?

o   How do you respond if people act as though nothing has change?

·       What is your emotional state? 

So many questions and we all individually have to find our own answers. And they may change from day to day. But such an important time to reflect, because we are the ones who can create and shape the way forwards, but only if we chose to be present, to find our voice and speak up.

I think all of these questions and so many more need to be explored at the moment. The workshop this Saturday 30th May is only the start of this question, but the more people who ask bigger questions, the more humanity has an opportunity to evolve.
