There can be no doubt that we are witnessing the birth of a powerful method of healing, grounded in rigorous scientific fact, that will become integral to future systems of healthcare.

Network Spinal Analysis (NSA), also known as Network Care or Network Chiropractic, is an innovative approach to health and wellbeing. Where, the majority of chiropractors focus on forcefully aligning the spine, NSA chiropractors focus on communicating with the nervous system in order to release and reorganize the underlying tension that keeps the spine misaligned. It’s highly effective because it addresses the root of the problem -- tension -- which comes from an improperly functioning nervous system.

NSA and the nervous system

Your nervous system is your body's control center. It sends and received messages constantly, from your brain along your spine and nerves to all parts of the body. It controls pain, every organ and joint in your body and how your experience, think and feel about your body. It is a major determining factor in overall wellbeing.

Network practitioners believe that nerve interference is the main source of health problems. This interference is caused by physical, mental-emotional or chemical stresses that have remained unresolved in your body. Your nervous system holds onto this stress as spinal tension that results in spinal misalignments and distortions and these prevent your body from functioning at its best.

Why does this happen?

Sometimes life just gets overwhelming. Too much is happening, at home, at work at play and tension and stress can build up inside your body. When your body-mind holds onto trauma or as life stresses accumulate, your nervous system cannot cope. It’s at this point that people often develop symptoms such as back pain or fatigue. Old coping strategies no longer give the relief they did. New injuries or illnesses cause further overwhelm. Your symptoms start to have a major impact on your life. Something needs to change.

NSA’s unique approach.

Traditional chiropractors use spinal manipulation and massage are their primary approach. A forceful correction to the spine is used to increase range of motion and reduce muscle spasm. The focus is on the part of the spine that is tense, tight and unresourceful.

Network chiropractors believe that the spine gets out of line because of unresolved tension that the nervous system has been unable to process. Rather than forcing the spine back into the alignment, Network works by improving communication between the body and brain so that your body can improve how it self-corrects itself.

With gentle touches, two unique healing waves develop in the body. They are associated with the spontaneous release of spinal and life tensions and the use of existing stiffness as a fuel for spinal re-organisation and the enhancement of wellness.

The first wave (respiratory wave) helps the body to de-stress and unwind. No twisting, popping or cracking is needed, unlike traditional chiropractic methods.

The second wave (somato-psychic wave) suspends current tension patterns in the spine and teaches your body how to use existing tightness as a mechanism for change and growth. Together, these waves are associated with huge improvements in health and wellbeing.

Network Chiropractic is different from almost all other forms of healthcare because it works with what already works in your body, rather than focusing on what is wrong. The gentle touches of NSA draw your brains focus to the resources in your body that work and then amplify them. This increases your internal resourcefulness allowing you to release and process built up tension. Added to that when new stressful events occur your body knows how to handle them.

As with traditional chiropractic, consistent care is needed to overcome deep-rooted patterns and behaviors. But over time, combing Network Care and increased body awareness, symptoms can resolve and overall hea`lth and wellbeing can improve.

Somato Respiratory Integration / SRI

We teach regular workshops where you can learn Neuro-Activation. Neuro-Activation is based on our experiences and study of Somato-Respiratory Integration, also developed by Dr. Donald Epstein.

Somato Respiratory Integration is a means of gaining the wisdom and secrets held within your body due to stored stress and tension, through the use of your own hands, breath and directed and/or spontaneous movement and focus. It is an unparalleled tool for healing and personal development.

We teach Neuro-Activation to you, because it empowered you to become involved in your process and accelerates your healing process. It does this by creating a greater connection to yourself and allow the innate healing wisdom of your body to engage.

The exercises are easy and can be used by all ages. SRI exercises can be performed at home, during a Network Entrainment, in a private SRI session, in group workshops or at home.

SRI Exercises are based on the 12 Stages of Healing described by Dr. Donald Epstein in his book The Twelve Stages of Healing: A Network Approach to Wholeness
