Somato-Respiratory Integration is a powerful tool for self-connection and reflection. There are 12 exercises, all associated with a different level of consciousness. I have found many uses for these exercises, as tools for simple body connection and increasing ease in the body through to tools for self-development and personal growth. Here I share the basics, that I believe everyone can benefit from.

There will be opportunities throughout the year to do both In-Person workshops and Live Online Workshops.
